MCAD isn’t in the best of neighborhoods, but that doesn’t mean you can’t make the best of it! Here are some tips on staying safe and still having fun.
-Always try to walk with a friend, they provide conversation opportunities as well as added safety.
-Use lights on your bicycle during the night. That way, cars can see you and it’s like getting a free laser light show.
-Wear a helmet when you ride your bicycle. Pretend you’re in an old black and white war movie.
-Don’t hesitate to call a cab if you get lost in a dangerous area. Your driver probably won’t be as obnoxious as the guy mugging you.
