Eating well is something that can be enjoyable or gross depending on how you go about it. Either way, it’s something that is important in order for your body to function correctly. Plus, eating right can help your body stay up on those late nights! Here some tips from staff and students on eating healthy in an enjoyable way.
1. Stock up on applesauce--- it will be around when fresh fruit isn’t! Mmmmmm applesauce.

3. Try to purchase healthier snacks to put in your room. Then it won’t matter so much when you eat the whole bag!
