Creating a Portfolio as a BS Student

I along with a lot of you out there have been working on creating portfolios for jobs or internships. I've been struggling with how to put an entire marketing plan in a portfolio and how do you do it without looking like you were responsible for the whole thing. I talked with Christine Daves in career services and she gave me some helpful hints. I'll be brief so not to post my entire conversation.

Create case studies of your marketing plan or website design

• Goal
• Research
• Solution

Keep them concise, like websites people don't read portfolios they skim them

• Use visuals instead of explanations when applicable
